We conducted research with 489 medical device and pharmaceutical professionals from 22 different companies. 29% surveyed held management positions. They were asked to evaluate the strength of their quality culture.

Over 130 on-demand classes are “chunked” into job-specific and topic-specific curricula, which enables your employees to quickly access exactly what they want. The job-specific curricula are further divided into novice, intermediate and advanced content so it meets your employees where they are on their learning journey. Also, we continue to create new content that we call “Badges”, which are often considered to be more advanced content.

  • Technical Training on “how” to conduct investigations, qualifications, validations, studies, design risk out of products, and so much more!

How to Access? Through your Corporate Membership, every employee in your entire company can access all of the content without limit. Our goal is to get this education into the hands of all your employees, so there is no per-person fee or limits on views. Every employee will create a login to the Corporate Membership site, where they can easily find and access the content that is most important to them. Alternative: Several of our Corporate Members need to have the education in their own Learning Management System (LMS). This helps with tracking of completion, but also enables them to assign education to specific employees, etc. Due to these important operational needs, we actually allow companies to put our education in their LMS. This includes the videos, slides, study guides and handouts. Our goal is to support your success!


How to Use the Resources? Our Corporate Members are constantly sharing how they are making the most of the Pathway resources. Imagine the following:

  1. Facilitated: Groups of newer employees went through the Introduction to Regulations course, watched 2 videos per week and completed the study guides. They met with an experienced employee for 1 hour on Fridays to discuss what they learned, while giving examples of what their company experienced.

  2. Group Learning: An investigation team watched the Failure Investigation classes, completed the study guides and shared new insights. The team met to assess a handful of their investigations to critique what could be done differently going forward.

  3. Cross-Training: Senior level pharma employees went through the medical device content in preparation for involvement in combination products.
